The winery construction, which started in November 2020, was completed in August 2021 in a short period of 8 months, and production started at Kuzubağ Winery for the first time in the same month.
Located on a land of approximately 3000 square meters and right in the heart of the vineyards, Kuzubağ winery is a contemprorary exposed concrete building and was designed by 3 architectural partners: Deniz Çağlar Duman in architectural design, DS Architecture in landscaping design and Shape Architecture in interior design. brüt beton bir binadır ve mimari tasarımda Deniz Çağlar Duman, peyzaj ve çevre düzenlemesinde DS Mimarlık ve iç mimaride ise Shape Mimarlık olmak üzere 3 mimari ortak tarafından tasarlanmıştır.
The annual capacity of Kuzubağ is 350 thousand liters. With this winery investment in Çal, we believe in the mission to show and introduce to everyone that the region is very valuable not only in terms of quality wine production but also as a Oenotourism destination. Kuzubağ, as an Oenotourism route, has implemented the Çal Vineyard Route as of 2022, together with the other 3 wineries in the region (Küp, Erdel, Lermonos).
