After 15 years of patiently waiting for our family-planted vineyards to mature, we brought our vision to life. Construction of the winery began in November 2020 and was completed in August 2021, when production officially started.
Our winery operates with a gravity-flow system for gentle grape processing, and each tank is equipped with an individual temperature control system. Our barrel cellar, composed entirely of French oak barrels, allows us to age and refine our wines to their fullest potential.
Located in the heart of the vineyards on a 3,000 m² site, the Kuzubağ Winery is a monolithic exposed concrete structure designed by three architectural partners. The architectural and landscape project has been awarded gold medals in both national and international competitions.
Kuzubağ’s mission extends beyond winemaking—we aim to establish Çal as a globally recognized enotourism destination. In line with this vision, Kuzubağ joined forces with three fellow producers (Küp, Erdel, and Lermonos) to launch the Çal Vineyard Route in 2022. This initiative invites visitors to experience the region’s unique terroir, cultural heritage, and warm hospitality firsthand. önoturizm (şarap turizmi) destinasyonu olarak hak ettiği değeri görmesini sağlamaktır. Binlerce yıldır kesintisiz üzüm üretilen bu kadim coğrafyanın potansiyelini bir turizm rotasıyla birleştirmek en büyük hayallerimizden biri idi. Bu vizyon doğrultusunda Kuzubağ, bölgedeki diğer üç üretici dostumuz (Küp, Erdel ve Lermonos) ile güçlerini birleştirerek Çal Bağ Yolu’nu 2022 yılı itibarıyla hayata geçirmiştir. Bu rota ile amacımız; misafirlerimize Çal’ın eşsiz teruarını, kültürel mirasını ve misafirperverliğini bizzat yerinde deneyimleme fırsatı sunmaktır.
